Egg Hunt
Jenna and I got to go to a great big Easter egg hunt! We divided the kids into age groups and decorated cookies while the babies "hunted".
Jenna's "I don't want to smile for the camera" smile!
Then was the great egg hunt! We each brought 12 eggs and "hid" them in a giant field while the kids played. It was so fun watching how excited they all were when they found another egg! And since they knew everyone got 12, they were even helping each other! So cute!
Then we had a picnic and played on the playground. We were only there 2 hours, but I got my first sunburn of the year. I guess it's time to bust out the sunscreen!

forts
Jenna has started to turn her bed and various corners of our little apartment into tents and little houses, stuffed with her favorite toys!
It makes me remember the HUGE forts I used to make with my brothers and friends! So much fun! And now we can do it all again!
Having kids is the BEST!

General Conference weekend
Paul took an extra-long weekend (Wed - Sun) so we could drive down to South Carolina for some family fun! Here are the highlights from our trip:
We discovered Jenna gets carsick...
When we got there, I realized I had left my phone at home. No phone calls or emails for me! Then, as we were pulling out of the driveway to come back last night, Paul found my phone in the cup holder! Oops! :)
Paul and his brother left us from Thursday morning to Friday night to go to a friend's wedding in Florida. Paul was in car for over 30 hours in five days! Wow!
Jenna LOVES her Grandparents, aunts, and uncles (and the dogs, goats, chickens, bunny, and bird)! I basically didn't get to do much because she always had someone else to play with or help her.
One of the goats is pregnant and due today! I was soo hoping that she would have them while we were there, but no such luck. We seriously considered staying and having Paul come back to get us!
That poor goat was so fat and uncomfortable! I felt so bad for her!
We had a Birthday Party for the 7 of us who had birthdays in March, April, or May. Paul's amazing mom made four cakes, including this beauty that we made together:
Between Conference sessions, Jenna got to fly her very first kite! The weather was beautiful, and she had so much fun! Check out that smile:
She was napping for both the afternoon sessions, but for the morning sessions Jenna entertained herself for a little while with her Conference Packet I printed from here, had some snacks with the boys, but mostly enjoyed painting and doing puzzles with her Aunts.
It was such a wonderful conference. We are so blessed to be able to gather together and listen to our beloved Prophet, Apostles of the Lord Jesus Christ, and leaders of His church! I already can't wait to reread many of the messages in the Ensign!

It's not the best picture, but that goat was big! And you could see the baby goats moving around like crazy!
