Virginia is for Lovers

HUGE news: we have moved to Charlottesville, Virginia! My amazing husband is the new General Manager of Concessions at the University of Virginia. Go Cavaliers!

It was a bit crazy moving while I was 38 weeks pregnant, but Paul made sure to handle all the most stressful parts and we made it work! And, hey, now we get to have all our kids born in different states!

Since we had to make the move rather quickly, our realtor found only 3 places available that fit our criteria, and one of them was a complete hole-in-the-wall. But we really lucked out, because the first place we saw was pretty great! It has a ton of natural light, hardwood floors, a loft area we use as a playroom, and an enclosed back porch where the kids can run and ride bikes safely. We love it! And Jenna couldn't be more excited to have her own room. It's pink and princess-y and she wants to put up a sign that says "No messy boys allowed!"

We are also loving our new town and all the people here. It is seriously so beautiful, everyone is polite and friendly, and it is simply adorable what they call "traffic"!

We are all really happy about this move. The only reason we're sad is leaving these wonderful people:

We absolutely loved our time living in Maryland, but we're excited now for this new adventure!
