- Gavin LOVES his mommy! One of his favorite things to do is wrestle with his siblings and dad, but he always protects me and showers me with snuggles and kisses.
- He is entering his independent phase.
- He often imitates animals, and really commits to it. My favorite is a turtle: he curls up in a ball, stretches out his neck, and says "turtle, turtle". Not his most realistic, but it's hilarious!
- His current favorite toys are legos. He could literally play for hours with just 4 red legos. He also really likes the lego video games, and since they are only allowed to play on Fridays he is learning the days of the week quickly. He asks at least once a day some form of "What day is it?" or "Is it Friday?"
-He gives "thumbs up" all the time.
-Instead of saying "no" he kind of yell-talks "never!". So Paul and I have started doing it as well.
To celebrate Gavin's big day we brought his cake, presents, and a bunch of water balloons to the drive-in theater. We played, ate, opened presents, played some more, and watched Cars 3.
